Associate General Counsel

Our client is a large conglomerate with multiple lines of business that's growing quickly with great people and excellent resources. They're currently looking for an attorney to join the team who has strong experience in the construction industry.Associate General Counsel (on site - Santa Fe Springs/LA):Must be fully licensed in CA, and in good standingMust have strong experience in constructionMust have strong experience in litigation, contract review, and outside counsel managementSome in-house experience is highly desiredMust be willing to be truly hands on at all levelsSalary is likely to be $190k-$230k base + bonus, benefits, etcThis position is a key in the growth of our client, and will impact operations day 1.
