Strategic Product Manager - eCommerce SalesW2 Contract, min of 12 months Onsite out of Plano, TX Our client is seeking a well-rounded Strategic Product Manager to join the Mobile Ecosystem Category Management Team within their eCommerce business. In this role, you will develop, manage and continuously improve strategically important initiatives and programs on their website, ensuring its success while working cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, Product, CX, Platform, and other teams.This position offers the opportunity to own and develop new programs that redefine how one of the worlds largest technology brands engages with its customers. If you are a strategic thinker, thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at partnering with others, and at turning insights into action, this role is for you.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales Strategy & Program DevelopmentConduct business analysis to assess opportunities, identify trends, and define high-impact initiatives that drive mobile and ecosystem product sales in the DTC channel.Develop compelling value propositions tailored to target customer segments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Benchmark against industry leaders to refine program designs, incorporate insights on pricing models, loyalty strategies, and promotional mechanics.Analyze marketing activities (e.g. traffic and conversions by channel) and create direction for program marketing plansFinancial Modeling & Performance ForecastingBuild detailed models to project impact of initiatives and programs, assess ROI, and guide investment decisions.Define success metrics and create structured pilot phases to test and validate initiatives before full-scale rollout.Collaborate with data analytics teams to develop tracking mechanisms and ensure continuous program evaluation.Cross-functional Leadership & ExecutionScope and structure new initiatives and program pilots, including timelines, resource allocation, and assessment of operational/technical feasibility.Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, CX, UX, Platform Engineering, Operations, and Analytics teams to align execution with business goals.Develop executive-level presentations to communicate program strategies, gain stakeholder buy-in, and drive internal alignment.Optimization & Continuous ImprovementEstablish ongoing tracking mechanisms to measure program effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and implement enhancements.Drive iterative improvements based on sales, conversions and other performance data insights, customer feedback, and market trends.Ensure seamless execution and scalability of new programs through process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.What you bringTOP SKILLS: Business performance analysis and evaluating business cases/financial simulations, creating presentations using data-driven storytelling, cross-functional collaboration8+ years of experience in strategy, product or program management, business analysis, consulting, or e-commerce business development, preferably in Technology or consumer products.Bachelor's Degree required, ideally in technical, economics, finance, marketing field with focus on data; Masters, MBA or equivalent graduate degree strongly preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Proficiency in financial modeling, business case development, and revenue simulation.Extensive experience implementing category strategy, preferably in eCommerceAbility to facilitate cross-functional teams and navigate matrix organizations.Excellent presentation skills with experience developing compelling business cases for senior stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, managing multiple projects with competing priorities.Advanced Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.Strong PowerPoint skills for executive storytelling and strategy presentations.Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for performance tracking (preferred).Experience with Jira and Confluence (preferred)
