Associate Attorney

APPELLATE LITIGATION POSITION: A well-established, reputable New York City Firm is looking for an attorney to join our Appellate Practice Group. Judicial clerkship experience and strong writing background preferred. Candidates should enjoy drafting and arguing appellate briefs and dispositive motions in support of firm's other practice groups, including but not limited to: labor law, premises liability, motor vehicle, trucking, and GL. We prefer candidates with experience in and familiarity with those areas of practice. Our growing firm offers exciting opportunities to handle appeals and motions, and work with and learn from experienced appellate practitioners. Salary is $130,000 + (flexible based on years of experience). NJ Admission is a plus.
