Commercial Litigation Attorney

LHH is assisting a full-service law firm in its search for a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its Bridgewater office. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of Commercial Litigation matters, representing clients in both state and federal courts. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled litigator to work on complex legal issues in a collaborative and dynamic environmentKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and oversee a variety of commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to breach of contract, shareholder disputes, labor and employment, construction, real estate, etc.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses and other legal documents.Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations and trials.Coordinate with clients, experts and other attorneys on case strategies and timelines.QUALIFICATIONS:JD from an accredited law school.Active and in good standing with the NJ state bar.Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial litigation to include drafting, taking/defending depositions, trial prep, etc.First-chair trial experience is a plusAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team.If interested and qualified, apply directly to this posting or forward a copy of your Resume to Danielle.Ruiz@.This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients.
