Job Title: Executive Assistant to FoundersLocation: New York City (In-office 5x a week with flexibility)Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 base + bonusAbout Us: We are a boutique private equity firm based in New York City, focused on investment strategies that are transformative and forward-thinking. Our firm is led by two visionary founders who are hands-on and deeply involved in the daily operations of the business. We are seeking a dynamic, high-level Executive Assistant to support these founders in managing their complex schedules and facilitating seamless operations across various facets of the business.Job Overview: As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in the success of the firm by providing high-level administrative support to the two founders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at multitasking and prioritizing. You will manage a wide range of responsibilities, from calendar management to coordinating key meetings, and assist in both business and personal matters.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support: Provide direct support to the founders, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.Operational Efficiency: Coordinate and prioritize tasks for the founders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Assist with document preparation and presentations.Communication & Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Handle sensitive communications with discretion.Project Management: Assist with organizing and managing key initiatives and projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.Event Coordination: Plan and organize internal and external events, meetings, and travel arrangements with attention to detail.Research & Special Projects: Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide ad-hoc support for business initiatives.Personal Assistance: Assist with personal tasks as needed to ensure the founders' time is maximized.Qualifications:Experience: 5+ years of high-level executive assistant experience, ideally in private equity, finance, or other fast-paced industries.Skills:Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.Excellent communication, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Personality: High degree of professionalism, discretion, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
