Ultimate Staffing is seeking an RF Test Technician for a swing shift position. The client is located in Mountain View. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The client offers a sign on bonus of $5,000 after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Hours are Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of microwave measurements, RF amplifiers, automated testing, and manual testing processes with minimal supervision. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot, interpret specifications, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Job Duties:Perform RF and DC tests to ensure production hardware meets specifications, including tests such as gain, VSWR, 1 dB compression point, Sat power, 3rd OIP, noise figure, spurious, and harmonics.Provide accurate test data and document results per established procedures.Communicate with supervisors and technicians regarding any out-of-tolerance RF measurements or issues during testing.Read, understand, and interpret test specifications and provide guidance to other test personnel as needed.Identify and troubleshoot common problems in production hardware.Collaborate effectively with Quality, production, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and maintain neat, orderly test data.Qualifications:Dependable, reliable, and a team player with a willingness to learn.Associate degree (A.A./A.S.) in a related field preferred or 5+ years of relevant RF testing experience; military electronics experience is also a plus.Ability to read and interpret test procedures, operating instructions, and technical documents.Must be eligible to obtain a secret security clearance.U.S. citizenship or Permanent Resident is required.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
