Manufacturing Site LeadLocation: Gaithersburg, MDPosition Type: Full-Time, Onsite (5 days a week)Job Level: Manager/Senior ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee operations at our new manufacturing facility in Gaithersburg, Maryland. This role will manage all aspects of the tissue manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all operations related to tissue processing.Lead and manage tissue processing, packaging, policies and procedures, team development, and regulatory adherence.Supervise a team of production technicians, driving cross-training efforts within processing teams.Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that quality system requirements are consistently met and maintained.Partner with supply chain personnel to ensure sufficient donor and supply levels to meet operational needs.Required Qualifications:A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a relevant field is required.Experience working in a tissue-based manufacturing facility (allograft).Knowledge of tissue donor consent, screening, and recovery processes.Familiarity with cGMPs, QSRs, and SOPs.Applications without resumes attached will not be considered.
