Sanitation Manager

JDP is seeking a Sanitation Manager in Stoughton, MA area! The candidate is responsible for coordinating and executing activities related to the cleaning and sanitizing of the facility and on-site equipment. The position must ensure that all job duties are conducted in a safe and responsible manner. The Sanitation Manager also works to ensure that our products meet the company's standards and specifications, and all food safety and quality standards are being maintained daily.Responsibilities:Ensure that our products meet the company's standards and specificationsComplete, legible, and accurate documentationMust understand and follow all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)Food Safety and Quality Standard Requirements are being maintained dailyMust understand and comply with the company Allergen, Food Defense, and HACCP policiesMust communicate with Supervision of any Food Safety and Equipment concernsFollow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for the area workedEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with leadershipWork with Supervision and maintenance to maintain equipment in good working conditionAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPerform all other work assigned duties as required by plant leadership Keep work area and machinery cleanMust comply with all safety policies and procedures at all timesRequired to maintain a safe and clean work environment
