Our client, a leading apparel and sporting goods manufacturing company, is looking for a Product Designer with Audodesk Powermill 5 axis programming. This is for an initial duration of 3 months and is located in Beaverton, OR.Mush Haves: 5-7 years relevant work experience in footwear product creation, CNC programming or related field and industry Autodesk Powermill 5 axis programming is required Passion for making; technical confidence working with your handsProduct Designer with Audodesk Powermill 5 axis programmingFlexible, self-starter, motivated to continually learn and growInnovative mindset, creative problem solver, and process orientedStrong focus on project management and collaborationUnderstanding of mold making, engineering, and manufacturing processesPossess a mechanical approach and working in a hands-on environmentAssociates or bachelor's degree in, Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related technical field is preferred5-7 years relevant work experience in footwear product creation, CNC programming or related field and industryAutodesk Powermill 5 axis programming is requiredEffective project management skills and related software's (Airtable)Experience in engineering and/or manufacturing in a high-volume Prototyping environment creating high-value productsPassion for making; technical confidence working with your handsVersatile, detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, and comfort operating in ambiguityAbility to drive collaboration and communication within a complex group
