BURKE + CO.THE GIST:Our client, an established real estate development firm, seeks an expert Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. This role will lead recruitment strategy & execution at all levels across the firm. The ideal candidate has demonstrated expertise in talent sourcing, recruitment processes, and team leadership. College recruitment/Handshake experience a plus!This is an amazing opportunity to join a warm, kind team at an expanding company!THE NITTY GRITTY:Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the firm's goals and growth objectivesManage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruitment professionalsPartner with the Director of Human Resources to forecast staffing needs and design tailored recruitment initiatives for different departmentsOversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboardingEnsure the recruitment process is efficient, candidate-centric, and aligned with the company's values and goalsUtilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract diverse talent pools, ensuring a balanced representation across all levelsWork closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure recruitment needs are met promptly and effectivelyProvide training and support to hiring managers on interviewing best practices, compensation guidelines, and talent acquisition strategiesAct as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition trends, compensation benchmarking, and recruitment challengesTrack and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, diversity metrics) to ensure continuous improvementDevelop and present reports to the Director of HR, providing insight into recruitment trends and resource needsPromote the employer brand, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring processManage recruitment marketing initiatives, including job fairs, social media engagement, and partnerships with external organizationsTHE ESSENTIALS:7+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition3+ years of experience in TA managementCollege recruitment/Handshake experience a plus!Bachelor's degree preferredProven track record of successfully leading recruiting teamsStrong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and best practicesExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to think strategically, solve problems, and manage competing prioritiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to inform decision-makingTHE CHERRY ON TOP:Warm, generous team & cultureJoin an established & expanding company!LOCATION: San Ramon, CA (Onsite)COMPENSATION: $130k-150k base salary + benefits + bonus (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)What are you waiting for?
