Job Title: Business Operations ManagerReports to: Head of HR and AdministrationLocation: Norcross, GA We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team, as an individual contributor, managing corporate administrative processes and business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background as an office administrator with extensive knowledge of managing contracts. This role will oversee the administrative functions of the organization, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines while creating and implementing policies and procedures that foster a productive and efficient work environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes for the ACCSCIENT group of companies.Manage the company's expense reimbursement process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and prompt processing of requests.Review, draft, and negotiate vendor contracts while ensuring that all agreements are legally sound and beneficial to the company.Develop and implement the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for all US office locationsLead administrative projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.Stay informed about health and safety standards to guarantee a safe environment for all employees, staff, and vendors.Event planning for on-site, including employee luncheons, gatherings and other employee events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues that arise promptly.Provide legal support and guidance on contract and employment laws, ensuring organizational compliance with federal and state regulations.Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to contract negotiations, compliance, expense reimbursement, and other legal matters.Create, implement, and regularly update company policies and procedures in alignment with legal standards and best practices.Monitor changes in legislation and advise the leadership team on necessary adjustments to policies or strategies. Work with external counsel on legal matters as needed.Educate staff on compliance-related topics, employment practices, company policies, and the interpretation of relevant laws.Collaborate with HR to address employee-related legal issues and workplace policies.Other duties as needed.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred.Demonstrated experience in policy and procedure development and implementation.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.Proficiency in document management, expense reimbursement processes, and relevant software applications.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership skills.Experience as a paralegal, with proven expertise in contract and employment law, preferred.Strong knowledge of compliance requirements related to employment and contracts is preferred.
