The DUDE team is looking for ambitious candidates who are looking to jump onboard a high-growth CPG rocket ship.About the Role ??(You'll be flushed with excitement!)You will be joining the supply chain team in a high-growth organization and reporting to the Demand Planning Manager. You will play a key role in demand planning activities, contributing to accurate product demand forecasts, analyzing inventory flow, and supporting the development of forecast models. This person will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven. This role will collaborate closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure alignment and contribute to increased departmental efficiency.What you'll do ??(Getting down and dirty!)Contribute to evaluating and selecting a Demand Planning tool that meets forecasting and supply chain needs.Support the transition of planning processes from Excel to a Demand Planning tool that integrates with the FP&A system.Execute weekly/monthly forecast updates, providing data and insights to the Demand Planning Manager.Participate in the S&OP process, contributing to best-in-class practices and supporting the development of quarterly reviews with sales teams.Monitor and report on changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies, highlighting key variances and potential impacts.Qualifications: (How we hope you've already left your... mark!)3-5 years of experience in a demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain role.Experience with Demand Planning tools is a plus.Solid understanding of inventory management best practices and procedures.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and contribute to meaningful insights.Proficiency in Excel.
