Enterprise Applications Business AnalystLocation: Twin Cities Area (preferred), Hybrid in Eden Prairie (couple days/week) with some travel (up to 25% travel) to plant locations- Rochester, MN; Watertown, SD; Greenville, TN. Travel paid- mileage or rental car (or flight for Greenville). Must be able to drive themselves for travelSalary: $120,000 - $130,000 (with potential for flexibility for A-level candidates), potential for additional rewards up to $5K/yearJob Type: Direct Hire (Contract to Hire will be considered for exceptional candidates)Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and driven Enterprise Applications Business Analyst to support our internal systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have ERP experience (preferably Oracle), CRM experience (Salesforce or similar), and analytics tool experience (preferably Power BI, but Tableau, OBIEE, or other visualization platforms will work as well). This is an excellent opportunity to help improve internal processes and play a key role in enhancing the use of our enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team to gather and document requirements for ERP, CRM, and BI systems.Analyze business processes and help optimize current capabilities within Oracle, Salesforce, Power BI, and other internal systems.Identify gaps in existing tools and processes and suggest improvements.Train and redirect business stakeholders on how to better use existing BI reports and systems.Ensure that documentation, including user instructions and meeting notes, is up-to-date and comprehensive.Manage small project tasks and meet deadlines for deliverables with minimal supervision.Key Skills & Experience:5-8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), CRM (Salesforce or similar), and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, OBIEE).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines.Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and troubleshooting issues.Experience in asking the right questions to understand the business needs and providing actionable solutions.Strong documentation skills for creating user guides, meeting notes, and training materials.Personal Attributes:Self-driven with a strong hunger to learn and improve processes.Collaborative and confident when sharing knowledge with the business.Ability to handle ambiguity and work in an evolving environment.Must be comfortable working with a dynamic team that is still building its processes.NoteRole requires candidates who are eager to learn and grow with the company, while playing a pivotal role in shaping and improving enterprise application processes.
