Working closely with the Global Leadership team and Sodexo Live! NorAm, you will be responsible for delivering world-class hospitality and travel experiences while ensuring commercial success in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Business GrowthDevelop and execute a market entry strategy aligned with STH Group's global objectives, ensuring a scalable and profitable operation.Define key success metrics and implement robust performance tracking.Identify and capitalise on business development opportunities to drive revenue growth and brand expansion.Operational Excellence & Programme DeliveryOversee the successful execution of STH Group's inaugural North American project, delivering outstanding fan experiences at major sporting events.Establish efficient operational frameworks to ensure seamless, on-budget project delivery with an unwavering commitment to service excellence.Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and contractual obligations while managing business risk effectively.Team Leadership & CultureBuild and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.Align the team with STH Group's values, ensuring a shared commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.Sales, Marketing & Customer ExperienceDrive the commercial strategy to grow market share through innovative sales and marketing initiatives.Develop premium experience products that enhance customer journeys, build loyalty, and encourage repeat business.Position STH Group as the market leader in premium sports travel and hospitality in North America.Stakeholder & Partner EngagementBuild and nurture strategic partnerships with event rightsholders, sponsors, and key industry stakeholders.Leverage Sodexo Live!
