Job summary:Our client is looking for an Automation Engineer to sit in either of their two locations near Syracuse, NY or near Pawcatuck, CT. This is a full time opportunity working with an Aftermarket team to develop PLC programs, HMI systems, and AC/DC configurations for our clients drives and control systems.We are looking for someone with experience and knowledge on the items previously mentioned as well as a 2 year technical degree at the minimum. We are also looking for individuals who have relevant computer related skills such as Ladder Logic, HMI configuration, Microsoft applications, and other software.This position has the responsibility of light travel to international and domestic customers to assist with commissioning of machines.
