Physical Security Specialist

Our client, a leading gas and energy utility company is hiring a Physical Security Systems Analyst to join their team in Columbus, OH!This is a 1-year W2 contract benefits (CONTRACT-TO-HIRE)As a Physical Security Systems Analyst, you will ensure the proper installation and functionality of security equipment, such as cameras, card readers, and video surveillance systems.Responsibilities:Review and approve equipment specifications, configurations, and ensure they meet organizational security standardsPerform regular checks and troubleshooting on security equipment and associated systems to ensure optimal performanceCollaborate with external vendors for the testing, installation, and maintenance of security systemsIdentify, analyze, and resolve any system malfunctions or security gaps in a timely mannerDesired Skills:2-3+ years of experience working with physical security systems (such as video surveillance, access control, and related technologies)Familiarity with security systems such as CCure 9000 and Vigilant video systems is preferredStrong understanding of security hardware and software components, including cameras, card readers, and video management systemsMotion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
