The Opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to join our Consumer Insights and Market Intelligence team, focusing on reporting and data visualization. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering, analyzing, and visualizing market and brand data to provide actionable insights that will drive strategic decisions and business growth.What you'll get to do: Extract and analyze data from various sources including Circana, Looker, and other external and internal data sources.Create dashboards, data visualizations and reports using Excel, Power BI, etc to enhance clarity on business performance and identify future opportunities.Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing key insights and recommendations.Communicate findings to internal stakeholders through clear and concise presentations.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing and sales teams to provide insights that inform strategic initiatives.Collaborate with external research vendors and partners as needed.Continuous Improvement:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics.Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.We'd love to meet you if you have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.Prior work experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).Advanced Excel skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).2-3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.Strong understanding of data structures and the relationship of data to reporting.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Beauty experience and experience with Circana or Nielsen data preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Agility to change direction given shifting priorities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compensation: As required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000.00 - 70,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
