LHH is seeking a dynamic, people-oriented individual to elevate our client's fundraising efforts and strengthen relationships with high-level donors, foundations, and community stakeholders. This role involves designing and executing a comprehensive advancement strategy to drive significant revenue through a diversified fundraising portfolio, enhancing the organization's visibility and impact. Responsibilities: Cultivate and manage relationships with major donors and foundationsDevelop personalized strategies for top donors and maintain regular communicationEngage major donors through identification, cultivation, and solicitation of giftsLead the fundraising team, setting measurable goals for various initiativesAct as an ambassador at public speaking events and engagementsBuild trust-based relationships with the programs team to communicate impactParticipate in board meetings, report on revenue, and engage the board in fundraisingOversee grant writing initiatives and manage secured grantsCollaborate with the program data team to ensure grant alignmentExecute the donor stewardship communication planDevelop and review the annual fundraising budgetAnalyze fundraising data and maintain data integrityOversee external events, including fundraising and community eventsStay informed on sex trafficking news and best practices, acting as a subject matter expertServe on the executive leadership team, providing feedback and recommendationsQualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience7+ years in fundraising leadership and supervisionComfortability working in a faith-based organizationProven success in securing major gifts and managing campaignsPublic speaking experienceExperience with donor databases/CRMStrong ability to articulate mission and valuesExcellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities effectivelySelf-starter with goal-oriented mindsetKnowledge of development best practices and fundraising toolsProficient in Microsoft Office and Google DriveSalary: starting at $90,000 (based on experience)If you are passionate about fundraising and the mission to fight sex trafficking, we would love to hear from you!
