USA Center Manager

Overview: Gxpress Solutions is seeking a U.S. Center Manager to oversee daily operations, manage costs, and drive business growth. This individual will act as the key point of contact for the U.S. team, ensuring efficient logistics operations, maintaining financial oversight, and identifying opportunities to expand the company's presence. They will also serve as a trusted right-hand person to leadership, stepping in to manage operations when needed. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the U.S. team to ensure smooth day to day operations. Manage the cost center, ensuring financial efficiency and budget adherence.Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business and expand the client base.Serve as a key point of contact for leadership, ensuring operations run smoothly in their absence. Act as a liaison between the U.S. team and executive leadership, providing updates and strategic input. Qualifications: Experience in logistics, Business Development, operations, or a related managerial role. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with experience managing teams. Business development mindset with a track record of driving company growth.Financial management experience, including budget oversight and cost control.Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to business needs.
