Asset-Backed Finance (6-8 Years) - Experience advising issuers, underwriters, placement agents, and collateral managers in structured finance and securitization Structured Finance & CLOs (3-6 Years) - Strong background in structured lending facilities, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), and securitization transactions Financial Restructuring (4-6 Years) - Experience with debt financing transactions, acquisition financing, term loan facilities, and intercreditor arrangements. Exposure to distressed credit & workouts is a plus. Global Finance (3-6 Years) - Background in complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. Asset-based lending experience is a plus. Senior Finance Associate / Counsel (7+ Years) - Experience with acquisition financings for private credit funds and banks. Strong client management & business development skills preferred. Private Funds (Mid-Senior Level) - Extensive experience advising on fund formation, structuring, and capital raising for private equity, real estate, credit, and other alternative asset classes Energy & Infrastructure (3-8 Years) - Project finance and development experience in energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, and private equity financing.
