?? We're Hiring: IT Vendor Relationship Manager (Hybrid - Jamaica, NY) - 3 days on-site / 2 days remote ??While aviation experience is a "nice to have," it's not required. The ideal candidate should have experience in a 24/7 operational environment and familiarity with IT contract management and SLA reporting.Are you a proactive, results-driven professional with experience managing IT vendors, SLAs, and contracts? Do you thrive in fast-paced, 24/7 operational environments? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you!?? What You'll Do:? Oversee IT vendor relationships, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.? Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and vendors during incidents, upgrades, and escalations.? Collaborate with procurement and operations teams on contract execution.? Analyze vendor performance and take corrective actions when necessary.?? What We're Looking For: ? Experience managing IT contracts, SLAs, and vendor relationships. ? Strong communication skills with the ability to report and escalate vendor issues effectively. ? Ability to work independently and take ownership of vendor performance. ?
