This middle-office role is designed for individuals with experience in investment operations who are passionate about creating a positive impact for a humane and healthy planet.Reporting to the Co-Heads of Builders Bridge, the Vice President of Portfolio Analytics will work closely with each of Builders Bridge's three sub theme teams (Oceans, Food & Agriculture, and Energy Transition). This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations, efficient onboarding of new investments, robust portfolio management & reporting, and generating portfolio insights and trends that enable our investment professionals to focus on maximizing impact at scale through capital deployment and management of our 100+ investment portfolio. Ideal Candidates:7-10 years of experience in investment operations, middle-office functions, or related financial services fieldsDemonstrated interest in ESG, impact investing, or climate solutionsExcellent project management and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detailProficiency with CRM/database tools, financial reporting, and core business software such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenBachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (CFA, CAIA) preferredPrimary ResponsibilitiesThis position description is not exhaustive and may evolve over time.New Investment OnboardingManage end-to-end deal closing processes, including tracking closing tickets, managing documentation flow, and ensuring adherence to internal closing procedures. Coordinate Investment Committee (IC) meetings, approvals, circulate IC minutes for signing, and oversee closing kickoff processes.Track the status of legal reviews and negotiations, working closely with internal and external legal teams to ensure timely updates and smooth progress.Portfolio ReportingUpdate and maintain monthly portfolio reporting dashboards in collaboration with each subtheme team to provide up-to-date financial and operational data.Coordinate valuation updates with subtheme teams, ensuring consistent, accurate insights for senior management.Compile semi-annual financial reporting across Builders Bridge portfolios to provide comprehensive performance assessments.Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) SupportCollaborate with Builders Vision's IMM team to gather and assess impact data from portfolio partners, integrating this data into Builders Bridge's impact strategy.Support the development of IMM frameworks aligned with Builders Bridge's impact goals, assisting with ongoing impact reporting to stakeholders.Personal Attributes that Support Your SuccessYou are a collaborative team player who respects and values others' contributions.You have strong project management skills and a results-oriented approach.You are highly organized and can manage several competing priorities.You exhibit sound judgment, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.You communicate complex information effectively and are detail-oriented.You are a dedicated learner, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and understanding.Builders Vision is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building and maintaining a culturally diverse workplace.
