Duration: Initial period is 10 months Global Expense Policy Program ManagerSalary $110 - 115k Are you excited to join a global team that is focused on developing best-in-class travel programs for their employees? This is a unique opportunity to support our client, Amazon's Corporate Card & Expense Reimbursement team to drive a best-in-class Corporate Card and Expense Policies. We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support internal and external stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment. This role involves close collaboration with legal teams, regulatory bodies, and travel partners, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (legal, regulatory, and travel) and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration. Communication & Reporting: Draft and distribute clear and concise communications to stakeholders, providing updates on projects and regulatory matters. Meticulous attention to detail is required when maintaining high standards of accuracy, grammar and style. Change Management: Develop content strategy and implement new tools and mechanisms for managing and organizing all policy-related content including change management. Regulatory Coordination: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to policies. Process Documentation: Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives. Own and operate existing change mechanisms. Project Support: Assist in coordinating key initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned. Optimization: Seek opportunities for improvements in process and policy publication times and drive down policy publication times. Goal is to achieve operational excellence across all standard operating procedures. Key Skills Required:Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence multiple teams. Ability to see the bigger picture and assess the impact of policy changes on financial change, audit frequency and customer experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in drafting SOPs and formal documentation. Ability to create and deliver factual, relevant and easily understandable talking points for a range of stakeholders. Ability to navigate complex regulatory and legal environments for example working with external auditors and Contract Management Teams. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ownership across SOPs, policy related content and change mechanisms. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience Required:Proven experience in stakeholder management, particularly in regulatory, legal, or compliance-driven environments. Experience in drafting SOPs, reports, or other formal documentation. Communications, content ownership and change management. Familiarity with working alongside legal and regulatory teams. Experience Preferred:Previous experience in the expense, card or related industries. Background in corporate communications or regulatory affairs. Experience in project coordination or operational process improvement. Job RequirementsAbility to travel up to 15%.
