This innovative organization is growing rapidly and is seeking an Analytics Manager to play a pivotal role in their data-driven journey.As an Analytics Manager you will be a key leader for a team that is building powerful BI and analytics solutions while translating complex business needs into actionable insights. Your work will empower teams across Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to make data-driven decisions that drive innovation and growth.Responsibilities Oversee and execute analytics projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.Manage resources effectively to meet deadlines, address challenges, and optimize team performance.Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.Set and track clear goals, fostering individual and team growth.Collaborate with leadership to plan resources, set priorities, and track progress on key initiatives.Develop and manage a comprehensive roadmap to align analytics projects with business objectives.Partner with cross-functional teams to align analytics strategies with broader organizational goals.Communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging new tools, methods, and industry trends.Ensure compliance with data governance policies, maintaining data integrity and security.RequirementsAdvanced degree in quantitative field (CompSci, math, etc) health informatics is sufficient. 4 years of experience managing teams, 7 years of total experience. Healthcare experience is required. Strong understanding of claims data. Proficiency in SQL & Python.DIRECT PEOPLE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS A NON-NEGOTIABLE.
