Our growing financial services firm, Roland Financial Wealth Management, in Erie, PA is seeking to add a Client Service Administrator to our team!The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the desire to work in the financial industry long-term and contribute to the growth of our business.Job Description:The purpose of this position is to service the existing client base with all service requests, including beneficiary changes/withdrawals, incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries for their review meetings, prepping the Main Advisor for his/her review meetings, and preparing issued accounts for delivery.Minimum Requirements:2 plus years Insurance/Financial Industry experience highly preferredLife & Health Insurance License Required within 6 months of employmentExperience with Medicare sales and service is idealExperience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quicklyCRM / Salesforce experience preferredThis position requires you to possess the following skills:Strong organizational and sales skillsExcellent communication; both written and verbalAttention to detail and accuracyProactive Management Style and consistent follow-throughUndeniable "A Player" mentalityResponsibilities/Tasks:This Client Service Administrator will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help prepare the Advisor for client appointments. Other daily, weekly, and/or monthly tasks may include:Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly mannerComplete each service request and resolve client issuesInput notes into CRM and keep updatedCoordinate and follow up on each client transferReview application prior to submissionFollow application process from start to finishPrepare client review summary for upcoming appointmentsMaintain professional communication with clients and staffAssist with client update reports and mailingsAssist in setting client appointments for Advisor and general office dutiesOffice Duties:Assisting the Financial Advisor and the branch office to exceed client and regulatory expectations include:Function as a phone back-up to other office personnel for phone coverageHelp to keep database up to date and accurateSalary:$47,000 to $52,000 based on experienceBonus and commission potentialBenefits401(k) - automatic 3% company contribution based on salaryCash balance planProfit sharingHealth insuranceContinuing education stipend/reimbursementsGeneral holidays offPTO and comp timeHours:Monday - Friday9:00am-5:00pmSome evenings required for client eventsPresented by Advisor Employee Services Thank you for your interest in the Client Service Administrator role.
