Derivatives Counsel - Global Commercial Bank, NYC

A Global Commerical Bank is currently seeking a Derivatives Counsel to work directly with their Chief Legal Officer. This counsel will serve as the first Derivatives Lawyer in the United States and will be responsible for all aspects of legal support and advice in relation to a broad suite of trading documentation with a focus on institutional investors. This individual will have direct access to C-suite executives both in the U.S. and abroad and will be an important stakeholder for the business.Qualifications:JD from a top law school4+ years of expereince with an international law firm; in-house experience preferredExperience with FX, Rates, and Repos productsResponsibilities: Provide legal support and advice on trading documentation, including ISDAs, CSAs, GMRAs, GMSLAs, and CDEAs, focusing on institutional investorsNegotiate derivative and repo master agreements directly with institutional and corporate clientsEnsure all documentation and advice meet the Bank's policy, risk, and regulatory requirements.If you find this ad relevant to your experience and skills please apply, if not feel free to pass it around to anyone in your network who may be interested!
