Director of Procurement

As the Director of Procurement - Construction, you will lead procurement operations for construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. This role involves developing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, optimizing supply chain processes, and managing vendor relationships. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of construction procurement, supplier relationship management, and industry best practices. What You Can Expect To Do:Strategic Procurement Leadership:Develop and implement procurement strategies to support construction projects.Ensure cost efficiency, quality control, and on-time delivery of materials and services. Vendor & Supplier Management:Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to secure the best terms.Contract Negotiation & Compliance:Manage RFPs, contract negotiations, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Ensure adherence to company policies and risk mitigation strategies.Budget & Cost Control:Collaborate with finance and project managers to manage procurement budgets.Track spending and drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
