Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Performance Marketing Strategist for our St Louis, MO client. CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN STL/GREATER STL AREA.We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Strategist. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across various platforms to drive client success. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skills and mindset to make an impact in a fast-paced agency environment.What We're Looking For:Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media.Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads is a must.Campaign Management: Proven ability to run paid ad campaigns, review keywords against KPIs, craft engaging ad copy, and make data-driven adjustments.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Experience with A/B and multivariate testing for landing pages.Paid Social Advertising: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including audience targeting and custom audience creation.Performance Optimization: Ability to increase quality scores by aligning keywords, ad copy, and landing page content with client objectives.Bid Strategy: Familiarity with advanced bid strategies powered by machine learning.Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret and leverage data from SpyFu, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and other tools.Communication Skills: Confidence in explaining strategies and results to both internal teams and clients.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, strategy-driven environment.Core Values: We value team members who are caring, curious, and competitive in their approach to work.Key Responsibilities:Participate in internal and client meetings to understand business goals and develop campaign strategies.Monitor and manage ad campaigns daily, ensuring budgets are properly paced.Analyze performance data and provide insights, aligning results with client expectations.Use advanced call tracking methods to qualify conversions.Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and new strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Bachelors Degree, RequiredGoogle Ad Certification, RequiredAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
