This is an opportunity for someone who wants to lead a construction project on site while working in a position that requires problem solving, facing challenges, and creatively utilizing his or her construction experience.Job Description:Communicating professionally via Procore email and phone calls with PBS team membersWalking project meetings with clients, subcontractors, our company, and moreReviewing and thoroughly understanding project architectural drawings and dimensionsIdentifying possible challenges and raising findings to upper managementWorking/communicating effectively and productively with the Foreman, Assistant Project Manager, & Project Manager (project dependent)Understanding clients' and/or stakeholders' project needs and goalsCreating/following a detailed plan to successfully complete a projectResponsibly storing materials, tools, etc. on the job siteKeeping an an up-to-date and accurate Procore Directory while applying correct permission templatesScheduling project meetings with clients, subcontractors, our company, and moreEnsuring gantt chart job schedules are createdEnsuring the daily log in Procore is updatedEnsuring RFI's via Procore are being addressedEnsuring updated drawings are in ProcoreEnsuring updated photos are added to organized albums in ProcoreEnsuring Commitments (Subcontractor Invoices & Purchase Orders), Change Events, & Change Orders are up-to-date and accurate in ProcoreUtilizing PBS Cost Codes in Procore for Schedule, Photo Albums, Daily Log, & moreEnsuring the daily sign in sheet is being completed by all site visitors, employees, and tradesPreparing "take-offs" and purchase ordersUnderstanding installation and function of specified materials, products, and unitsSkills:Thorough knowledge of OSHA rules and RegulationsHighly organized and detail orientatedLeadershipHands-onExcellent time managementAbility to read/understand architectural drawingsAbility to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, sub-contractors, and moreAbility to perform and think critically under pressureAbility to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environmentAbility to create and support positive team health and moraleTeam-oriented, collaborative, resourceful, and positive attitudeExcellent interpersonal and creative skillsAbility to maintain focus on goals combined with the flexibility to pivot when necessaryResults-oriented individualQualifications:5 years of experience as a construction project manager/superintendent with an in depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principlesExperience in high end retail constructionProficiency in:ProCoreGoogle SuiteMicrosoft 365 SuiteDriver's License (Required)OSHA 30 (Required)Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: from $80,000
