HE OPPORTUNITY:We have an exciting opportunity for a midlevel associate to join our growing Real Estate practice.THE DAY-TO-DAY:As an associate in the Real Estate Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.YOU HAVEAt least 3- 6 years of experienceTransactional experience with real estate and commercial finance transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and joint venturesDebt and equity capital markets experience focused on the real estate industryLeasing and other general transaction experienceExcellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.WHAT WE PROVIDEWe provide competitive salary and benefits at all levels.
