Our dedicated team supports patients every step of the way.We are looking for a Embryologist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the IVF process by performing intricate procedures and working closely with gametes. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment, where precision and care are essential for helping our patients achieve their dreams of parenthood.ResponsibilitiesPrepare laboratory materials and perform tasks in IVF and andrology labs.Handle oocyte retrieval, sperm preparation, insemination, embryo monitoring, and assisted procedures under supervision.Conduct semen analyses and endocrinology testing.Assist with micromanipulation procedures and various laboratory tasks.Input data into databases and maintain accurate records of procedures per regulations.Oversee laboratory inventory and maintain quality control protocols.Respond to equipment malfunctions and assist with preventative maintenance.Communicate daily with patients about embryo development and prognosis.Greet patients, provide advice, and direct them to appropriate areas.Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.Support the laboratory director with data gathering and collection.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Biological Sciences with Technical Supervisor (ABB) certification, Master's degree in Biological Sciences, or a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences.Exceptional attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team-based environment.Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, medical staff, and colleagues.Join UsAt FST, you'll contribute to a leading fertility clinic, working with a talented team that is passionate about supporting families on their fertility journeys.
