The firm focuses primarily in construction and commercial litigation..They are a small and sophisticated firm, and they consider themselves to be businessmen before attorneys.Responsibilities:Managing the written discovery process,Taking and defending depositions, successfully arguing in court, and engaging in trialLitigating complex commercial disputes /arbitrationWork with businesses involved in a variety of disputes, such as those concerning partnerships and shareholders, sales of merchandise, licensing, construction, or real estate.Take depositions, interviewing witnesses, reviewing documents, writing briefs, and visiting dispute sites.Qualifications:Strong academic credentials and prior experience with all aspects of commercial litigation2-6 years construction or commercial litigation experienceFlorida Bar admissionSelf-starter with strong communication, drafting and research skills required.They offer excellent training, family friendly work environment, annual bonusesIn office to start and then move to Hybrid schedule(3 days in office) Ref 15524
