About:A premium national law firm are looking to onboard a well-rounded Finance Associate into their Atlanta, Georgia office. They welcome applicants that are looking to relocate to Atlanta.They are open to candidates who have any finance experience including the following: Leveraged Finance, Real Estate Finance, CMBS, ABS, CLO, Structured Finance, Asset Finance, and other forms of Finance matters.Experience:A minimum of two years of experience in a law firm setting.Prior experience with structuring, documenting, and closing financing transactions in a wide variety of industries is required.The candidate should have a desire to work as a member of a dynamic transactional team representing lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in a variety of financing and investment matters.Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials, along with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience.Associates must have a high degree of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of tasks and be a pro-active team player.An individual who is confident in assisting clients with ongoing deal administration.About the firm:The firm are a mid-sized law firm with an integrated collection of exceptional boutique practices.
