ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you will assist managers across various stages of production, supporting the organization and smooth flow of operations. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential to maintaining data clarity and efficiency. The ability to communicate effectively with multiple managers is a key component of success in this position.Troubleshoot challenges by providing practical and creative solutions.Create and manage order templates for production facilities.Organize and maintain product images and relevant visual assets.Prepare materials and assist in meeting preparations.Develop customer-facing catalogs to showcase products.Conduct market and trend research to support product innovation.Build and organize the product library.Assist in the development of product colors, formulations, prints and styles.Submit art requests and collaborate with the design and art teams.Aid in the creation and refinement of product styles.Assist with packaging tasks and move heavy materials or products as needed.Ensure proper organization and maintenance of all product samples.Perform other duties as assigned by management.COMPETENCIESStrong attention to detail with a focus on precision and accuracy.Quick recall of key details and product specifications.Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Professional communication skills for clear collaboration across teams.Proficient knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite.Retail math skills and the ability to analyze sales data effectively.Ability to quickly learn and apply shorthand communication.Strong business judgment with an understanding of market dynamics.A team-oriented attitude, willing to assist with a variety of tasks as needed.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent, with wholesale imports or related experience; or an Associate's degree with 1 year of wholesale imports or related experience; or 2+ years in a wholesale imports or related role.
