The property located nearby the Medical center and is close to major highways, including I-10 and Loop 410, making it easy to get around the city to other iconic attractions such as The Alamo, San Antonio River Walk, and Six Flags Fiesta Texas.Job Requirements and Responsibilities of the Apartment Property Manager:Apartment Industry experience is REQUIREDApartment Manager experience is REQUIRED, including supervisory and leadership skills to delegate and manage the performance of others, including counseling, coaching/training and developmentReporting the property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property ownersCollecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expensesSales management and marketing knowledge, skills and abilities to sell services to new and existing customersInvestigate, address and help to resolve tenant complaints, disturbances and violationsPerform routine inspections, including vacated units and walk the propertyExperience working with conventional apartment communities of at least 200+ unitsStress-management, time-management, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail oriented and highly organizedStable work history is REQUIREDBilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not requiredThere are 243 units on property!
