Family Law Attorney

We are looking for a skilled Attorney with 1-5 years of Family Law experience to join a Northern VA firm. The ideal candidate will have strong research abilities and proven expertise in family law throughout all stages of litigation, from case initiation to trial preparation and post-trial processes, court attendances, etc.Key Responsibilities:Attend court hearings and trial.Manage case load of contested and uncontested divorce cases and represent client in court.Manage custody and visitation cases and represent client in court.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including memoranda and motions.Manage case files, draft discovery responses, and track important deadlines.Prepare trial exhibits, evidence, and documentation for hearings and depositions.Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and court personnel.Provide comprehensive support to attorneys during pre-trial and trial phases.Review and summarize legal documents and case materials.Qualifications:1-5 years of Virginia Family Law experience is a mustVirginia bar admission is a mustBenefits: WFH 2 days a weekFull benefits, medical, dental, vision, 401k, pto, etc. offered with employmentGenerous bonus structure
