Their mission is to extend compassionate care and create innovative health and wellness solutions for all.We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare law and a strong background in the following areas:Clinical Operations and Regulatory Medical Staff Operations and DisputesEMTALA ComplianceScope of Practice RegulationsMedical Staff Bylaws and DisputesResponsibilities:Manage Hospital and Clinical Operations of care sites. Work alongside team of five to ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal laws. Provide legal counsel on medical staff operations and disputes.Ensure compliance with EMTALA regulations.Advise on scope of practice issues and regulations.Handle medical staff bylaws and disputes.Ensure regulatory compliance in patient care.Address guardianship issues and patient rights.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar.15+ years of experience, Management experienceExtensive experience in healthcare law.Strong knowledge of EMTALA, Joint Commission, and Medicare regulations.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
