Key responsibilities include:Corporate Support:• Maintain and organize corporate documentation, including entity formation, filings, and compliance records.• Assist in reviewing and managing legal documents and corporate governance materials.Finance & Reporting:• Support real estate finance due diligence, compiling and organizing financial documents.• Prepare lender reporting documentation and track financial deadlines.• Manage legal entity resolutions, certifications, and records to ensure compliance.Property Administration:• Assist with real estate tax appeal documentation and due diligence.• Maintain property insurance records and assist in processing claims.Purchase & Sale Transactions:• Coordinate due diligence efforts for property acquisitions and dispositions.• Analyze and track contract terms, timelines, and critical dates.• Review, draft, and revise conveyance documents, title reports, and surveys.Leasing & Tenant Relations:• Assist in reviewing lease agreements and drafting lease-related documents.• Ensure leasing records are up to date and properly documented.Qualifications:• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.• 2-5 years of experience in real estate transactions, corporate administration, or executive support.• Strong understanding of corporate documentation, legal entity formation, and regulatory filings.• Experience with financial due diligence, lender reporting, and compliance documentation.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, legal teams, and financial institutions.• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team30004
