Architectural Drafter

Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. This position is supporting a residential home building client of ours. Responsible for the development of residential construction documents and other related Architectural Materials. Mentor less experienced staff through the product development process.Day-to-DayMust have basic skills and knowledge in drafting of:Architectural Redline Markups. o Architectural Plan Revisions.Draft working drawings from design development sketches.Ability to apply all company drafting standards and processes to daily work.Must Haves:Related Functional Experience: Minimum 3-5 years AutoCAD operations experience (specific knowledge of current version of AutoCAD Architecture preferred)Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction techniques, construction documents, building codes, procedural knowledge of activities related to home building construction, including understanding plans and specifications.Compensation$50,000-60,000/yearDurationDirect hire opportunityBenefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
