Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our executive leadership team. This role is responsible for managing schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and conferences, ensuring the smooth operation of daily business functions. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a high level of professionalism, and maintain confidentiality while effectively managing various administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and conferences for the executive team.Maintain the overall operating cadence for the business, ensuring smooth workflow.Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner, adhering to company guidelines.Create, develop, and/or edit visual presentations as required.Establish, develop, and update digital files, ensuring efficient and secure record-keeping.Handle confidential and non-routine information with discretion and professionalism.Prepare for and manage visitors/vendors to the company, ensuring a welcoming environment.Uphold and integrate the core values of the company, contributing to a high-performance culture.Required Skills & Qualifications:A minimum of 8 years' experience providing support to Executive-level management.Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.Bachelor's degree required.Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization.Proactive approach to work, foreseeing issues or opportunities and making recommendations.Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and deliver results with a commitment to excellence.Ability to work flexible hours as needed.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong time management skills, including the ability to optimize both personal and executive schedules.Proactive in identifying and resolving issues with minimal guidance.Strong business acumen to understand industry trends, company goals, and the executive's strategic priorities.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research tools.
