Data Analyst Manager - Finance

LaSalle Network has partnered with a Transportation firm with large US operations looking to hire on a remote Data Analyst Manager. This role will work fully remote for the org based out of Illinois, manage a team if of three direct reports and report into the VP & VP of Government Services. This role is budgeted up to a base salary of $110,000 with additional bonus. This client is currently only considering candidates that are authorized and legal to work in the US without any further need of sponsorship, that live within the CST and EST time zones. The ideal candidate will serve as the mastermind behind our client's data strategy, creating comprehensive KPI reports and dashboards that drive profitability and operational excellence.Data Analyst Manager Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a skilled offshore team of data analystsDevelop and implement advanced analytics solutions using 3G TMS, FourKites, PowerBI, and CliqBuild comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems from scratchPresent weekly analysis to key stakeholders (Jess and Tom) highlighting profitable/unprofitable areas and providing a complete data overviewRefine existing KPI and scorecard frameworks to enhance business insightsCollaborate with IT during the first 3-6 months to build out robust dashboard infrastructureIdentify trends, patterns, and opportunities within transportation dataMake data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiencyData Analyst Manager Requirements: 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a management roleProven experience in the transportation/logistics industryAdvanced proficiency with data visualization tools, particularly PowerBIExperience working with transportation management systems (TMS), preferably 3G TMSStrong background in developing KPIs and business intelligence dashboardsDemonstrated success managing remote/offshore teamsExcellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex data insights to executivesAdvanced PowerBI developmentExperience with 3G TMS and FourKites platformsSQL and data manipulation expertiseDashboard design and implementationETL process developmentData modeling and analyticsStrong personality with leadership presenceExceptional critical thinking abilitiesMeticulous attention to detailExcellent communication skills across all organizational levelsStrategic mindset with ability to translate data into business strategySelf-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment If you are interested in the Data Analyst Manager role, please apply today!
