HVAC Service Technician

Job Title:HVAC Service Technician Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled HVAC systems serviceman to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing system issues, performing routine maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service. Reports to:Director of Service Location/Department:Sterling Heights, MI Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience Essential Job Functions: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Diagnose routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Ability to read schematics and interpret manufacturer specifications. Perform CSD1 boiler inspections.Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide maintenance recommendations. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. Keep up to date with the latest HVAC technology and techniques. Skills Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of five (5) years of Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry. EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (Type I, II, or Universal).Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must hold a valid driver's license.Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Company-provided tools and vehicles.Opportunities for training to keep up to date with the latest HVAC technology and techniques. Executive Summary and Company Background:Bumler Mechanical, Inc.
