Senior Business Analyst

This role is not open to C2C, OPT or Visa consideration No vendor support needed.Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with 2 years in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector with a deep understanding of underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing and/or regulatory + compliance. Prefer someone who has worked in operations OR within a business segment previously. Business + Technical Analysis: Ability to gather, document and analyze business requirements for insurance technology systems, ensuring alignment with business goals. Experience driving system enhancements, integrations and/or digital transformation initiatives.Stakeholder Management & Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with cross functional teams. This BA may need to work with and influence various groups from Underwriting to claims, IT, finance and regulatory teams. They must be able to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.Tools + Methodologies: Strong proficiency with business analysis tools such as JIRA and experience working in agile/scrum delivery methodologies.Extras: Knowledge of configurable insurance suites would be great - OneShield, Guidewire, DuckCreek, Unqork, etc. BlueSky Resource Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
