Beautifully designed Fine Jewelry, at a transparent price point, is something to be happy about.Position OverviewAs we continue expanding our direct-to-consumer business, we are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and tech-savvy Sr. E-commerce Coordinator to enhance our digital experience. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our website, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing, operations, and creative teams to create a seamless online shopping experience.What You will be doing:Key DutiesWebsite & Digital OperationsManage and maintain the Shopify backend, ensuring product listings, collections, navigation, and metadata are accurate and up to date.Regularly audit and enhance product descriptions, SEO, and tagging to improve search visibility and customer experience.Monitor site performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with developers or app providers to resolve problems efficiently.Assist in launching new collections, ensuring assets are live, accurate, and aligned with marketing timelines.Research and recommend Shopify apps and tools to optimize site functionality and conversion rates.Analytics & ReportingAnalyze e-commerce performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue trends.Generate reports from Shopify, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo, providing insights that inform business decisions.Track customer behavior, product performance, and A/B test results to recommend data-driven optimizations.Marketing & Merchandising SupportCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure website updates align with promotions, emails, and ad campaigns.Merchandise the website, optimizing product placement for engagement and sales.Assist in content updates, including blog posts, landing pages, and campaign assets.Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity, bringing fresh ideas for e-commerce improvements.Digital Asset & Content ManagementOversee image and content updates, ensuring assets are properly formatted and meet brand guidelines.Work with the creative team to optimize product imagery and adjust visuals for the best online presentation.Assist with minor Photoshop edits (resizing, cropping, and light retouching for web use).Cross-Team Collaboration & OrganizationWork closely with operations, customer service, and marketing to ensure a seamless online experience.Maintain project timelines and workflows, ensuring all e-commerce updates happen on schedule.Identify and implement efficiency improvements in backend processesWhat experiences you should haveQualifications:3+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in fine jewelry, fashion, or luxury industries.Deep expertise in Shopify, including backend management, apps, and troubleshooting.Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Shopify reporting, and Klaviyo.Familiarity with Figma, Asana, or for project management.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of digital marketing best practices.Proficiency in Photoshop and a strong eye for visual merchandising.A passion for digital innovation and customer experience.Additional Information:Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)Adina Reyter Design Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, or any other protected classification.We comply with applicable state and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and consider applicants with criminal histories accordingly.
