This is a unique opportunity to drive the development of breakthrough immunotherapies using a cutting-edge AI based drug development platform.This role is pivotal for building out their pipeline, driving R&D initiatives, and leading a world-class research team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of a preclinical immunotherapy pipeline, advancing novel therapeutic candidates.Define and execute the scientific and translational strategy, aligning R&D efforts with corporate goals.Build and lead a high-performing R&D team, fostering an innovative and collaborative culture.Drive strategic collaborations, partnerships, and licensing opportunities within the biotech and pharma industry.Oversee preclinical programs across multiple global sites.QualificationsPhD, MD, or equivalent in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or related field.10+ years of experience in preclinical immunotherapy development within biotech or pharma.Proven track record of advancing biotherapeutic assets from discovery to IND-enabling studies.Strong leadership experience with a history of building and managing high-performing R&D teams.Established network in pharma and biotech for strategic collaborations and licensing.Knowledge of regulatory pathways for biologics or cell-based therapies is a plus.
