JustinBradley's client, a leading source of mortgage financing, is seeking a skilled Product Analyst V. The Product Analyst V is responsible for leading the functional requirements gathering team. The ideal candidate works closely with internal customers to understand business needs and the environment. They identify relevant design, process, and specification issues and mentor lower-level Analysts to document and translate these business requirements effectively. The role also involves managing business and/or system issues throughout the project lifecycle and post-implementation.Responsibilities:Lead the functional requirements gathering process, working closely with internal stakeholders to understand and define business needs.Identify design, process, and specification issues and provide guidance to junior Business Analysts in documenting and translating business requirements.Facilitate the creation of detailed functional requirement documents, ensuring that business needs are clearly articulated and understood.Mentor and assist lower-level Analysts in refining their skills and understanding of business requirements.Manage and address business and system issues throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation through to post-implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business requirements with system capabilities and design specifications.Identify and evaluate alternative solutions to business problems, recommending the best course of action.Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders, ensuring expectations are set and met.Document and maintain detailed records of all business requirements, changes, and project statuses.Ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects by managing scope, schedule, and resources.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Strong understanding of all phases of SDLC and ability to guide teams through each stage.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in clear, actionable terms.Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of client-server, object-oriented, and web-based systems, applications, environments, and relevant tools/technologies.Prior Management Experience: Proven experience in leading teams, guiding junior staff, and managing project deliverables.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business needs and evaluate multiple solutions to recommend the best approach for the organization.Requirements Tools Expertise: Knowledge of requirements tools such as Rational Requisite Pro is desired, SQL, and Jira.JustinBradley is an EO employer - Veterans/Disabled and other protected employees.
