Speech-Language PathologistGrosse Ile, MIWe are currently seeking a a dedicated and experienced full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support middle and high school students our partner schools in Grosse Ile, MI. The clinician will support a caseload of 40-50 students, who have been receiving services throughout the school year. The ideal candidate will be motivated, patient, and a skilled SLP who is eager to support students in a thriving community! This position will involve working with students across various grade levels to provide speech and language services and includes collaborating with staff, parents, and other specialists to help students meet their communication goals.If you're ready to make a positive impact and work in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.Learn more about what it's like to be on our team!Responsibilities:Evaluate student's speech-language abilities to prepare and conduct treatment plansProvide high-quality direct speech-language therapy services to students according to the students' IEPsConduct assessments, translate, and analyze assessment results, and develop reports to determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skillsUse professional literature, evidence-based research, and continuing education to make practice decisionsCreate a learning environment characterized by effective and efficient process management strategies (procedures, instructional groups, transition materials)Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetingsDevelop treatment plans, in conjunction with instructional staff, that are strength-based, as well as child and family-centered for overall educational improvementEnsure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery are aligned with school, state, and federal guidelinesAssist and guide teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disordersOther duties as assignedRequirements:Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication DisordersValid MI SLP licenseClinical Fellows are welcome to applyPay/Benefits:$55,000 - $75,000(based on qualifications and experience).AnthroMed Team Members who work 30+ hours per week are eligible or the full-time benefits offered by AnthroMedBenefits begin the first of the month after start date.
