Principal Location - Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Salary - 200K-220K (plus equity)ThemThey are a global managment consultancy specializing in business strategy, growth strategy, digital transformation, product strategy, and innovation work for clients in the financial service, banking, consumer, and retail space.They are a fast-growing, publicly-traded consulting firm that is looking to triple in size and looking for out-of-the-box thinkers and entrepreneurial drivers for their team.The RoleThe principal role is a senior consulting position, typically at the partner-minus-one level, and will be responsible for driving strategy and digital transformation projects with major clients, mainly in the consumer goods industry. This involves creating new operating models, leading technology transformations, and improving customer experience.They are looking for principals who are strong communicators and can build relationships with clients. Prior experience in the client's industry (e.g. consumer goods, healthcare, financial services) is a plus.Your Background-10+ years of experience working in consulting-Experience working with consumer goods clients -Ability to work with clients and grow relationships -Excellent communication and presenting skills -Ability to go into the Dallas or NYC office weekly
