Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and implement key human resources functions, including training, employee relations, recruitment, compensation, compliance, and HR policy administration. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in HR best practices, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing HR teams and working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Employee Training & Development:Work with managers to determine training needs, analyze current and past training requirements, and recommend training programs to support employee and management development.Manage and generate scheduled and ad hoc reports from UKG HR systems.Employee Relations & Compliance:Administer leave programs, including ABX leave and workers' compensation.Provide coaching to employees and managers regarding HR policy interpretation and compliance.Assess internal employee climate, implement action plans to maintain a positive work environment, and counsel managers on employee relations strategies.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., OSHA, FMLA, wage & hour regulations, workers' compensation).Recruitment, Onboarding & Retention:Lead employee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention programs across all locations.Monitor career-pathing programs, provide employee relations counseling, and conduct exit interviews.Compensation & Job Evaluation:Ensure internal pay equity and job evaluation consistency.Create and update job profiles, assist managers with salary and wage administration, and ensure pay structure consistency and equity.HR Reporting & Administration:Complete timely employment reports and track HR metrics.Attend and contribute to HR and management meetings.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Supervisory Responsibilities:Oversee and manage multiple HR professionals.Work regularly with senior management and employees across all levels.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered).3-5 years of HR Generalist experience with strong knowledge of HR technical subjects.Experience with HR Information Systems (UKG).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, and Word.Knowledge of recruitment processes, selection strategies, and background screening.Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance regulations.Strong ability to build teams, manage competing priorities, and lead HR initiatives.Key Competencies:Diversity & Inclusion: Promotes a harassment-free and inclusive workplace.Ethics & Integrity: Upholds organizational values, builds trust, and treats employees with respect.Adaptability: Thrives in a changing environment, manages competing demands, and adjusts methods as needed.Initiative & Motivation: Demonstrates persistence, independence, and problem-solving abilities to drive HR improvements.Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication, including presentation skills and report writing.Teamwork & Collaboration: Works well with stakeholders at all levels, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.If you are a proactive HR professional looking for a leadership role in employee relations, compliance, and training, we encourage you to apply!Desired Skills and ExperiencePosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and implement key human resources functions, including training, employee relations, recruitment, compensation, compliance, and HR policy administration.
