Today, Harris County FCU has one branch location that serves over 19,200 members throughout Harris County with a full spectrum of financial solutions including checking accounts, savings accounts, investments, and competitive lending solutions.Approaching $210 million in assets, located in Houston, Texas, Harris County Federal Credit Union is currently in search of a lending professional to serve as their Assistant Vice President of Lending and Collections, with the intentions of assuming the Vice President of Lending position once that individual retires. Responsibilities will include overseeing a decentralized lending environment and a loan portfolio consisting of direct and indirect auto, HELOC, credit card, personal, and mortgage loans. Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee collections and identify processes and procedures to enhance overall lending operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, consumer lending, and retail banking. Experience in leveraging technology in lending, collections, and mortgage lending is a plus.
